Testimonials
The KIDchen class was an AMAZING opportunity for my ten-year-old daughter to learn more about cooking, nutrition, and etiquette! She learned so much, and it made her want to be more involved in the kitchen. She adored Bridgett and enjoyed the hands-on learning. She even discovered new foods that she liked! I would HIGHLY recommend this class to anyone seeking valuable learning opportunities for their children.

I signed up for the crostata class with a friend. I've been baking for years, but had never tried a crostata before. The class was organized and relaxed, entertaining as well as informative. I particularly liked the hands-on approach of the class. Bridgett is an excellent teacher. She explained everything very well so a novice baker would feel comfortable, while offering tips experienced chefs could appreciate.

Bridgett's passion for food, a home cooked meal with your family, and insight into the world of meal planning made her the perfect kitchen coach to make me feel confident in my own kitchen. New to the area and a newlywed, I wanted to be a better cook and planner when it came to evening meals. Bridgett's ability to break down recipes, and even the local grocery store, was such a huge help. I finally feel like I have the essential pantry staples ready to go at anytime whether I have a pre-planned meal or I am throwing something together on the fly. I highly recommend kitchen coaching with Bridgett. Whether you are a new cook or a seasoned veteran, she is sure to provide insight and smart tips when it comes to the way you shop for your groceries, how you prepare meals for your family, and great new recipes to incorporate into your household!
