My fondest memories are in the kitchen or around the table. Fortunately for me, my parents prioritized family dinner. As I became a parent myself, I cherished family dinner. But, as our son grew and the demands of careers intensified; family dinner became difficult some nights and seemed impossible on other nights. I realized the harder it seemed, the more important it was. I knew I wasn’t the only person challenged by this dilemma. The direction of 416 turned to making meals for busy families. I drew on my degree in Education and my teaching experience with both children and adults to facilitate cooking classes that build confidence and excitement in the kitchen, no matter the age of the student!
